your shipping options vary.

address is required when ordering via the FlannelPlanet on-line store. Your email address
is used to send order confirmation and shipping notification. Be
sure to add support@flannelplanet.com to the safe senders list in your e-mail
application (Outlook, etc.). If you do not receive order confirmation by email
within 24 hours, please Contact Us.
We will make
every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours (weekdays) after they are received,
pending payment verification. Occasionally there may be a delay due
to unforeseen circumstances and every effort will be made to communicate
such delays.
RETURNS PHILOSOPHY - 'Treat every customer return, question or complaint as if we are not in this for the money.'
FlannelPlanet will accept returns on any of our products as long as the return process is begun within 30 days of purchase. If you would like a replacement we will NOT charge shipping on items of a different size or style and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If you would prefer a refund, no problem, simply Contact Us to arrange for your return.
