Shipping Terms and
Conditions
Thank you for shopping at the FlannelPlanet.com on-line store.
FlannelPlanet is located in Southern California, USA. All FlannelPlanet
products are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Depending on whether you live in the US or are an International customer
your shipping options vary.
A valid email
address is required when ordering via the FlannelPlanet on-line store. Your email address
is used to send order confirmation and shipping notification. Be
sure to add support@flannelplanet.com to the safe senders list in your e-mail
application (Outlook, etc.). If you do not receive order confirmation by email
within 24 hours, please contact us.
General Terms and
Conditions
We will make
every attempt to ship orders within 48 hours after they are received,
pending payment verification. Occasionally there may be a delay due
to unforeseen circumstances and every effort will be made to communicate
such delays. All FlannelPlanet products are shipped from Southern California.
RETURN
POLICY
FlannelPlanet will
accept returns on new products as long as the return process is begun
within 7 days of receipt of the product. You must
contact us
to obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning
any products.
The item must be in like new condition
with all original packaging intact. FlannelPlanet will charge a 15% restocking fee on
all returns. Items with missing packaging will automatically incur a 30% restocking
fee. New products which are returned in damaged condition (washed, used, dirty,
etc.) will not be
issued a refund and it will be the buyers responsibility to provide
shipping expenses to return the item to the buyer.
All items are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty if any.
If you believe a mistake was made on your order, please
contact us to work out a solution. If an error is made by FlannelPlanet
in processing your order and the item sent is incorrect,
FlannelPlanet will correct the issue at our expense. All correspondence concerning returns or exchanges must be done via email.
